1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by N&O Global Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

N&O Global Shipping provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica

  • Access to a tax-exempt US shipping address for online purchases

  • Online shopping assistance services

  • Package handling, warehousing, and logistics coordination

  • Pickup and delivery services in Savanna-la-Mar, Whitehouse, and Black River

  • Delivery facilitated through third-party courier services where applicable

N&O Global Shipping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Service Areas

N&O Global Shipping currently provides pickup and delivery services in:

  • Savanna-la-Mar

  • Whitehouse

  • Black River

Delivery outside these areas may be arranged through third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.

5. Pricing & Rounding Policy

Shipping charges may be calculated based on weight, dimensions, or applicable service rates.

N&O Global Shipping applies a rounding policy at 0.5 increments, meaning:

  • Weights ending in .5 will be rounded up to the next whole number for billing purposes.

Customers acknowledge and accept this rounding method when using our services.

6. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

N&O Global Shipping assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once packages are received at our warehouse or by our team and ends upon delivery, pickup, or transfer to third-party carriers.

N&O Global Shipping is not responsible for:

  • Vendor errors

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Packages lost prior to reaching our possession

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties

7. Packaging & Fragile Items

N&O Global Shipping is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items including electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must ensure shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, hazardous, or flammable materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods without approval

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Prohibited items may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. N&O Global Shipping assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

9. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, clearance charges, and government fees where applicable.

N&O Global Shipping assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, or seizures imposed by authorities.

10. Online Shopping Assistance Services

For assisted online shopping services:

  • Full payment must be made before purchases are completed

  • Customers must confirm product details prior to purchase

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once items are purchased

  • N&O Global Shipping is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, incorrect items, sizing issues, or product quality

All refund or exchange matters remain between the customer and the vendor.

11. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment options.

Payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.

12. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or delivery.

Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs may be required.

WhatsApp or social media messages do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged by the company.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification will incur a JMD $100 daily storage fee beginning on the 8th day.

Packages remaining uncollected after an extended period may be returned, donated, auctioned, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made prior to scheduled service where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.

N&O Global Shipping reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

15. Amendments & Entire Agreement

N&O Global Shipping reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between N&O Global Shipping and its customers regarding services provided.
